Another Glass of Green

Since it’s Saturday and I had a bit more time on my hands, I decided to try another variation of the green smoothie. I had seen a few recipes that called for an avocado, so I thought I’d give it a try. Apparently, avocados give smoothies a light creaminess to them and add a healthy dose of goodness (which it totally did!).

1 banana
1/2 cup frozen chopped kale
1/4 of an avocado
1/2 cup o.j. + 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp ground flax seed
