Local produce is abundant this time of year and you just cant beat it the fruit and veggies are just packed with flavour, not to mention you’re reducing your carbon footprint and making a positive impact on the environment.

Wheres your favourite farmers market? I was a big fan of the Market when I visited this past weekend. We had one of our best lunches here, which included locally grown fruit for desert, as well as freshly baked bread and flavourful salads.
