Friends, I can’t wait to tell you all about the chia seed in the next not-so-secret ingredient spotlight (look for it later next week or get a sneak peak here). It truly is the best seed I’ve come across. Poor flax and hemp have been benched for the last couple of weeks.
I created this glass of goodness earlier this week when I was feeling a little off. What a recharge! It’s sweet with a delicious kick – just what I needed.
1/4 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/4 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1/4 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 fresh squeeze of lemon or lime
