What an intense week (hence my lack of posting)! Between looming deadlines, flooded bathrooms and crazy neighbors, I just feel like I need to catch my breath. Luckily, I have an amazing supporter who keeps me grounded and special friends whose words “don’t stress” really hold true right about now. Like a loyal amigo, a glass of lean green was also there to see me through and there were also these little guys:
They’re real multi-taskers. Also known as energy balls or bliss balls, just one can keep you satiated until your next meal, provide the perfect dose of energy for your workout and satisfy even the sweetest tooth (tried & true… just ask E).
