Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend! Good weather here meant hiking, shooting hoops, gardening, spring cleaning (can I please put away my winter coat now?), Cinco de Mayo festivities and cocktails on the patio. I wish it didn’t have to end.
Here’s a recipe from the weekend. Less goodness (healthy goodness, I mean) than usual, but so refreshing — perfect for patio weather!
1 handful fresh raspberries
1 cup sparkling lemonade*
Optional: 1 shot vodka
Makes one serving. Blend and serve over ice. Best enjoyed in the sunshine.
