I love the pretty mint green colour of this matcha green tea smoothie. It’s my favourite colour this summer.
This blend of powdered sweet matcha, almond milk, fresh banana and crushed ice is a super refreshing treat for the warm weather. It tastes just like one of my personal favourites, the green tea latte! Not to mention, matcha green tea boasts a number of health benefits, including a high amount of antioxidants.
1 tsp powdered matcha
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice
1 banana (optional–or 1/4 cup of your favourite fruit)
On another note, I went hiking again last weekend with some friends and our dogs. Carson was out of control in the wilderness, but totally cute!
