Banana and Prunes Recipe

I was re-reading some of my posts from the summer and noticed a terrible trend: the prevalence of the word busy. It seems as though summer has slipped away and Ill Im left with is tired busy overwhelmed. Well, to that I have to say, no more!

A few Saturdays ago, I took it upon myself to make an almond milk latte, grab a book and settle down outside. Just for a few hours before packing mayhem ensued. Well, now were in our new place, so Im hoping to make this a ritual (perhaps with a side of running or yoga).

Besides being exhausted, I must admit that this fast-paced life hasnt been the best for my healthy lifestyle. Skipping (much-needed) workouts and eating quick lunches and dinners has certainly taken its toll on my body. Ive relied on this fibre-packed glass of bananas and prunes to see me through.

1 ripe banana (preferably frozen)
cup pure, natural prune juice
cup unsweetened almond milk
1 pinch cinnamon
