A Fresh Glass of Kale and Fruit

This past weekend flew by. What a mix of BodyFlow, The Hunger Games and BBQs. And just when it’s time to relax (and watch Mad Men), work’s just around the corner. Today’s glass of goodness is brought to your by good wine, better friends and saying “yes to the dress(es).”

1/4 cup kale
1/2 cup fresh fruit (I used strawberries and mango)
1/2 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp hemp seed
